Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your Woostroid2 account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.
Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Woostroid2. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so won’t create an account and it won’t result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.

We want you to love your The Cool Knitters pieces. So if you’re not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To return an item please email us at sales@thecoolknitters.com. From there we will provide you with a return number & our return address. Please make sure your name and order number can also be found on the parcel.
Please ensure that all tags remain attached & garments remain unworn to qualify for an eligible return. The Cool Knitters does not provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or faults made by the customer.
